Thesis defenses

On Friday, December 5, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., in the CSG conference room (9E boulevard Jeanne d'Arc, 21000 Dijon), Basile VERDEAU will defend his thesis entitled: 
"Comportements alimentaires plus durables chez les personnes en difficulté financière en France : Valeurs, Barrières et Opportunités"

This thesis was conducted at the CSGA between 2022 and 2025, within the MIAM team, under the supervision of Sandrine Monnery-Patris.

On Friday, December 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in the CSGA conference room (9E boulevard Jeanne d'Arc in Dijon), Takahiro WAKIHIRA will defend his thesis entitled: "Consumer-relevant sensory and hedonic evaluations of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages"

This thesis was conducted between 2023 and 2025 under the supervision of Pascal Schlich and Michel Visalli.

On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., in the CSG conference room (9E boulevard Jeanne d'Arc, 21000 Dijon), Petra EID, ophthalmologist at the Dijon University Hospital, will defend her thesis entitled: “Lipides et rétine : le visage à double face des lipides dans les maladies rétiniennes"


This thesis was conducted at the CSGA, within the O&N team, under the supervision of Niyazi ACAR and Pierre-Henry GABRIELLE (medical doctor in ophthalmology, associate researcher at the CSGA).
