Research topic

I am a postdoctoral researcher in sociology as part of the ANR Pulse Fiction project. I am conducting an ethnographic study on
domestic culinary practices involving pulses. This research follows on from my doctoral thesis, which focused on analyzing a support system for sustainable
food transitions, using a conceptual framework inspired by J. Dewey’s pragmatist philosophy.

I completed this thesis as part of a participatory research project, the Hmm Lab, in Ariège.

Additionally, I am trained and particularly interested in facilitating projects that promote inclusive research.
