Research theme
In the Laboratory of Pharmacognosy, I work in the field of phytochemistry: my missions consist mainly in the extraction (microwave, ultrasound), the separation and isolation of natural molecules by various chromatographic methods. The structural analysis of isolated molecules, mainly saponins, is carried out using 1D and 2D NMR, and mass spectrometry.
Key words
Saponins, chromatography, NMR, mass spectrometry
