PhD project 2022-2025: Understanding the determinants of more sustainable food choices for economically disadvantaged populations. How do people experiencing financial hardship choose their food? What do they value? How can financial incentives affect their eating behaviour?
I use qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (questionnaires) methods to understand how to include consumers experiencing food insecurity in the transition towards more sustainable diets.
