The quality-department group

The CSGA is committed, via all its staff, to strengthen the measures taken to set up and manage a quality certification system, and to take all necessary initiatives to ensure the reliability of quantifiable results and the traceability of its activities. To this end, it has set up a quality committee composed of two main referents, a metrology referent, quality coordinators of each team, and a support person for document management and communication. This unit is responsible for implementing the actions required to ensure quality management throughout the unit.

Goal of the committee

The Quality Committee is a CSGA structure with fifteen members. Based on the objectives set out in the CSGA's quality policy, it is responsible for implementing the actions required to deploy and maintain quality management within the Centre. It defines its own action plan to meet the objectives of improving the traceability of activities and the reliability of results. Support measures are put in place to meet staff needs (metrology, organization, training). The quality unit also contributes to the continuous improvement of activities through the methodical monitoring of material resources (inventory, metrology, maintenance, accreditation) and the analysis and management of malfunctions.

This structure comprises two quality coordinators: Anne-Laure Loiseau and Laurent Leclère who's also a metrology coordinator, quality coordinators in each team Hélène Brignot and Mélanie Lelièvre (FFOP), Christine Belloir, Lucie Moitrier and Nicolas Poirier (SuPeR), Amandine Chlémaire (PERSING), Emmanuelle Nedelec (NeuroFeed), Bénédicte Loriot and Lucy Martine (O&N), Véronique Boulanger (DOCC), Valérie Feyen (MIAM), Lucas Putigny (CEP), Jérôme Cortot (TPI), Virginie Cadiou (Plateau technique), Anne-Laure Loiseau (ChemoSens) and a support person for document management and communication: Sabine Julien.
