Activities

Research theme

Christelle is a CNRS Research engineer since 2003. After 2 post-Docs she was recruited at the IMBC Institute of Strasbourg to settle and later to manage the proteomic plateform for 3 Institutes. In 2008, she joined the Dijon Inrae center, in the “Mycorhize” team and then, in the « Grapevine immunity » team in 2012 to study plants/microorganisms interactions using “omics” approaches. She particularly took in charge i) the plant volatile organic compounds (VOC) emitted in response to SDP and/or to biotic stresses research thematic and ii) « omics » data analysis. In 2024, she joined the PERSING team at the CSGA to study the physiological impacts of acids exposures on drosophila in plant crop protection contexts. In late 2025, she arrived in the GustaBrain team to work on the understanding of mechanisms and unravel neuronal actors involved in the aversive feeding and associated memory in drosophila, but also the role of microbiota that might influence the « gut-brain » signal transduction.

Inventor of PPROVOC project for SATT SAYENS licence: Plant protection by using VOCs. Co-inventor ALGINATE project SATT SAYENS licence: Use of alginates oligomers to improve plant protection against pathogens.
